摘  要:为研究小断面急倾斜天井VCR法一次爆破成井中的岩石夹制性问题,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D非线性动力学有限元软件进行了小断面VCR法爆破成井的数值模拟。根据C·W利文斯顿球状药包理论,采用5孔布置、单孔中心掏槽、同分层中心孔与边孔不等高装药间隔起爆进行研究。通过对压力等值面云图和塑性应变场等值面分布云图的分析,得到药包起爆后应力传播规律和材料破坏特征。结合现场小断面急倾斜天井一次爆破成井试验,验证了同分层中心孔与边孔不等高装药间隔起爆对解决小断面急倾斜天井VCR法一次爆破成井所面临的岩石夹制性问题的可行性。For the study of rock clamping problem of small section steeply dipping courtyard on VCR method with one time blast shaft-formirg,the nonlinear dynamic finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D was used to conduct the numerical simulation on shafi-formirg with VCR method. According to the C · W Livingston spherical charge theory,some parameters were considered,including 5 holes layout, single center hole slotting,interval initiation and high charge of the same stratification central hole and side holes. On the pressure contour nephogram and plastic strain field distribution of the equivalent surface, the explosion stress propagation and tailure characteristics of materials were obtained. Based on the test of one time shaft-formirg with small section steeply dipping courtyard,the scheme with interval initiation and high eharge of the same stratification central hole and side holes solved the rock clamping problem well. Finally, the specific VCR method in deep-hole blasting was verified.
