耕地非农化与粮食安全问题研究——基于生产可能性曲线分析

摘　　要：在经济发展新常态下,国家的经济发展方式,产业结构都逐渐从旧常态向新常态转变,"三农"问题同样如此,三农问题一直是关系国计民生的重要问题,其中涉及的土地流转问题特别是土地流转中耕地非农业化使用与粮食安全之间的问题一直是学术界关注的重要课题。文章将通过生产可能性曲线模型讨论影响粮食产量的直接因素和间接因素,例如耕地面积,农业机械水平,粮食价格等,进一步探讨新形势下土地流转中耕地非农化使用与粮食安全之间的关系问题。National economic development ,node and industrial structure have gradually transformed from the old normal to the new one under the new normal economic development, so have ＂Three Rural Issues （agriculture, rural areas and farmers）＂ which are the important issues related to the national policies and people＇s living. Among all these issues,the non-agrieuhurization use of arable land in circulation of rural land and the grain security issues under the new economic normalcy has been one of the most concerned topics of the academic attention. This article will discuss discuss the dil^ct and indirect factors which influence the production of h^od, such as cultivated land, agricultural machinery, food prices and so on,and further explore the relationship between non-agriculturization use of arable land in circulation of rural land and the grain security issues under the＂new normal＂ by production possibilities curve model.
