摘 要:农村土地证券化是近年来世界各国学者研究的关于农村土地金融制度创新的一个热点,对克服当前我国新农村建设中所面临的诸多问题具有重要意义,也为资本市场的投资者创造了一种新的投资方式。但我国农村土地证券化还处于理论探索、实践萌芽阶段,属于新兴事物,并且在发展过程中还会不断的出现新的问题。本文对农村土地证券化理论界研究的观点进行梳理、归纳和总结,以期能够进一步推动农村土地证券化的理论探讨。Rural land securitization is a hot spot about the rural land financial system innovation that scholars around the world research it. It is of great significance to overcome the current our country faces problems in the construction of new countryside, as well as create a new way investment for investors in the capital markets.But rural land securitization in our country is still in its infancy theoretical exploration and practice, belongs to the emerging things, and in the process of development will continue appear new problems.The purpose of this article is to present and summarize all theory point views of the rural land securitization in order to further promote the rural land securitization theory.
