摘　　要：实现智能配电网规划的关键在于研究开发适合其特点的方法与工具。文章基于第23届国际供电会议规划分会(CIRED2015-S5)中的相关议题,从负荷模拟和预测、网络模拟和表示、规划中广泛涉及的电气计算和分析3个方面介绍了与智能配电网规划有关的方法和工具,旨在为该领域的研究开发人员提供参考与借鉴。The key point of Smart Distribution Planning（SDP） is to develop methodologies and tools matching the characteristics of smart grids. Based on the relative discussions and reports presented at the Session 5 of the 23 rd International Conference and Exhibition on Electricity Distribution（CIRED 2015）,this paper illustrates this topic in terms of the load modeling and forecasting,the network modeling and representation,and specific electrical calculations widely used in network planning. The paper aims to providing researchers with an insight into developing methodologies and tools in SDP area.
