摘 要:目前海上稠油油田热采开发仍处于矿场摸索阶段,加之海上热采开发具有高开发成本和高开发风险的特点,因此,亟需明确海上稠油油田常规冷采开发黏度极限。以海上某典型稠油油田为例,运用相似理论建立了与油藏原型相似的物理模拟模型和数字化试验数值模拟模型,并对物理模拟试验结果进行了数字化试验拟合;在此基础之上,开展了大量的数字化试验并利用参数回归得到了在不考虑和考虑稠油启动压力这2种条件下的黏度极限关系式和图版,并形成了同时考虑这些因素的交会图版。结果表明:海上B油田在350m井距、直井注直井采条件下,若要求单井5a平均日产油量不小于10m3,含水率98%采出程度不低于20%、开发20a采出程度不低于20%,则所对应的黏度极限为510mPa·s;若考虑稠油启动压力,则所对应的黏度极限为350mPa·s。海上稠油冷采黏度极限交会图版的建立方法科学可靠、图版成果合理可信,为海上稠油油田开发方式的合理选择提供了理论依据。At present,thermal recovery of heavy oil in offshore oilfields has been still at the field test stage,in addition offshore thermal recovery of heavy oil development had the characteristics of high development costs and high risk.Therefore,it was urgently needed to determine the limit of viscosity of cold heavy oil production in offshore oilfields.Based on a typical offshore heavy oilfield,physical simulation models and numerical simulation models were established by using the similarity theory.The physical simulation experimental results were fitted by the numerical experiments.On this basis,a number of numerical experiments were carried out,and relational expression and charts of viscosity limit under the condition of both considering and not considering the starting pressure were obtained by using the regression parameters.The limiting viscosity intersection chart considering these factors was obtained.The result indicated that under the condition of 350 m well spacing,using vertical well injection and production,and if it was needed to have the average daily oil production for an individual well in 5years not less than10m3/d,the recovery efficiency was 98% with recovery percentage of reserves not less than 20%,the recovery percentage of reserves of 20 years of development was not less than 20%,the corresponding limiting viscosity was 510mPa·s.If the starting pressure of heavy oil is taken into consideration,the corresponding limiting viscosity is 350mPa·s.The offshore cold heavy oil production limiting viscosity chart is scientifically and reliably,and the result of the chart is rational and believable,so the limiting viscosity chart can provide a theoretical foundation for the reasonable selection of offshore heavy oilfield development ways.
