A New Method for Analyzing the Dissolution Characteristics of Solid Foam Remover in Water Drainage and Gas Discovery in Offshore Gas Fields

摘  要:针对气井产水积液问题,海上气田采用固体泡排采气工艺技术。但该工艺技术在固体泡排剂在井筒中的溶解时间、固体泡排剂半径等工艺参数选取上仍以经验为主,无相关技术理论支撑。为此引入基于Fick的扩散定律建立球形固体泡排溶解特性释放模型。该模型可用于计算井筒中球形固体泡排剂释放速度和累计质量释放百分比。对影响球形固体泡排剂溶解特性的因素进行敏感性分析,结果表明:泡沫剂释放速度与有效扩散系数和固体泡排剂半径有关。在实际球形固体泡排排水采气过程中,可以通过上述影响因素分析对加注时间间隔、加注固体泡排剂的半径进行预测,并为球形固体泡排剂溶解特性分析提供理论支持。To deal with the problem of liquid loading in the wellbore during gas production process,solid foam drainage technology was commonly used in offshore gas fields.However,there was no theoretical support for its design and parameter optimization,such as the radius of solid foam and dissolution time,for which empirical approach was usually taken.To solve this problem,a solid foam dissolution characteristic release model was established based on Fick's dispersion law.It provided a way to calculate the concentration diffusion velocity of foaming agent and analyzing the different affecting factors.A sensitive analysis was carried out on the its influential factors.The results indicate that the concentration diffusion velocity is related to the radius of foaming agent,During the process of actual drainage and gas production,the above analysis can be used to predict the foam injection time,space and its radius.This model provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of dissolution characteristics during the foaming drainage process.
