摘 要:针对气田开发过程中通过放空进行带液越来越频繁的问题,对降压带液气井生产特征进行分析,优化降压带液气井分类治理思路,通过对气井的生产制度和工艺措施进行优化,并在华北油气分公司采气一厂开展控制降压带液试验进行推广验证,形成了大牛地气田合理控制降压带液指导做法。试验结果表明,一类气井可避免降压带液;二、三类气井依据产液量大小可合理控制降压带液;四类气井降压带液不可避免,需要制定合理的降压带液周期或采取补充能量的方式减少气井降压带液。该方法推广后在未影响气井产液的情况下,每天的降压带液放空量由最高的10.73×104 m3降至目前的6.90×104 m3,8个月共减少天然气放空810×104 m3,大大减少了天然气的浪费,保护了气井产能。In allusion to the more and more frequent problems induced in liquid emptying in the process of gas field development,the production characteristics of depressure and liquid carrying gas wells were analyzed,the thinking of classified prevention of depressure and fluid carrying gas wells was optimized.By optimizing the production system and technology in the gas wells,the technology was tested and popularized in the 1st Gas Recovery Plant of Huabei Oilfield Company,by which approach was created for guiding the rational control of depressure and fluid carrying.The result indicated that the depressure and fluid carrying could be avoided in the 1st Class Wells and it could be rationally controlled in the 2nd and 3rd Class Wells,it could not be avoided in the 4th Class Wells,the depressure in gas wells could be reduced by setting up rational depressure and fluid carrying measures or providing supplementary energy.Under the condition of no influence on the productivity of gas wells after its popularization,the daily empty rate is reduced from the maximum level of 10.73×10~4 m^3/d to 6.90×10~4 m^3/d,810×10~4 m^3/d of the gas empty rate is totally reduced,the gas waste is greatly lowed and the productivity of gas wells is protected.
