电针联合耳穴贴压治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针联合耳穴贴压对胸腰椎压缩性骨折后便秘的疗效。方法:将90例患者,按照就诊先后顺序,采用简单数字表随机方法随机分为两者,治疗组45例,给予电针配合穴位按摩治疗;对照组45例,给予口服乳果糖口服溶液,15 m L,3次/d。治疗2 w后,观察2组患者临床疗效、骨折处VAS评分及生活质量。结果:治疗组和对照组痊愈率分别为90.00%和72.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医症候积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组骨折处VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量的评分比较。结论:电针联合耳穴贴压治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折后便秘的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,可以有效的改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,同时助于缓解疼痛,值得进一步推广及应用。Objective： To observe the curative effect of eleetroacupuncture combined with auricular plaster therapy for thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures after constipation Methods： 90 patients, according to the sequence of treatment, using a simple digital table method randomly divided them, 45 cases in treatment group treated by electro acupuncture combined with acupoint massage therapy; control group （45 cases）, treated with oral administration of lactulose oral solution, 15 mL, 3 times per day. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, VAS score and quality of life of the two groups were observed. Results： the cure rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 72% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） The two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome scores were significantly different （P 〈 0. 05）, the treatment group was lower than the control group VAS score, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . Score comparison of quality of life. Conclusion： electroacupuncture combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures after constipation clinical curative effect is superior to that of simple western medicine treatment can effectively improve the patient clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life, also help to ease the pain, it is worth further promotion and application.
