摘　　要：为做好科技信用管理制度设计,在分析广东科技计划信用的定位及构成的基础上,从信用管理体系、信用信息的采集与评价过程、信用管理架构三方面研究建立广东科技计划信用管理框架体系,提出了加快推进广东科技计划信用管理建设的相关建议。In order to make the system design for management of science and technology program better, this paper based on analyzing thecredit of Guangdong science and technology program, sposition and constitute, studied and established the framework of credit management from the credit management system, acquisition and evaluation about the credit informa- tion, credit management structure, and proposed to speed up the construction of credit recommendations about Guangdong science and technology program.
