摘　　要：探讨传统产业集群、组装集群、复杂产品集群和高科技集群四类产业集群的信息体制的差异。从产业集群知识的复杂性和环境动荡性两方面进行分析,四类产业集群信息体制在处理系统知识和任务知识上存在差异。在此基础上,从引进和培育协调者和任务单位、引进和设立知识机构、加强知识交流和同化等方面提出了四类产业集群的治理建议。Based on intbrmation system research of industrial cluster, the paper mainly explores the general pattern and high - teeb cluster pattern, discusses information system＇ differences of four industrial clusters. The models of information system between enterprises are different according to the vertical relationships and intellectual complexity within the industry clusters. Based on self- condition, industrial clusters should set up or intrnduce all kinds of institutions, strengthen the knowledge exchange and assimilation in order to promote governance of industrial clusters.
