摘　　要：大数据带来了一场新的信息技术革命,激发了全球社会对数据规律分析和预测的潜能。大数据时代,社会风险频发、网络技术加剧社会风险,社会风险管理面临机遇与挑战。为此,需要确立风险意识、重塑风险管理理念,完善相应的制度与法律、变革风险管理体系,应用数据技术与人才、重构风险管理流程。Big data has brought a new information technology revolution, and inspired the potential ability of data analysis and prediction in the world. In the era of big data, due to frequent social risk and the fact that network technology intensi- fies social risk, the risk management faces great opportunities as well as challenges. So, we need to establish risk con- sciousness, reconstruct the concept of risk management, complete the relate system and laws, change risk management sys- tem, use the data technology and talent, and reconstruct the risk management process.
