摘　　要：目的了解新疆地区三甲医院医务工作者慢性病患病情况及影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样方法抽样,设计基本信息调查表调查样本人口行为学特征和慢性病患病情况,利用OSI-R职业紧张测量问卷测量抽取样本的职业紧张现状,比较不同人口行为学以及不同职业紧张水平慢性非传染病患病差异,并采用多元逐步回归Logistic分析对慢性非传染性疾病患病情况进行影响因素分析。结果所调查的6 162例样本,患有所选慢性非传染病2 167人,占总数的42.47%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,婚姻、工作年限、职称、是否进行体育锻炼、职业紧张程度、个体应对资源程度是影响是否患有慢性非传染性疾病的影响因素。结论新疆地区三甲医院医务工作者慢性非传染病患病与多个人口行为学特征及个体职业紧张程度、是否有应对资源缓解职业紧张相关,有必要根据不同人群采取干预措施,促进医务工作者健康。Objective The aim of this study was to estimate occupational stress among medical personnels in third class hospitals in Xinjiang. Methods Using multistage sampling, the target population was investigated by means of basic situation questionnaire and occupational stress inventory （OSI-R）, and the influencing factors, including demography, behaviors factors and job stress factors were analyzed. Finally, multiple step-wise regression was used to reveal influencing factors for non- infectious diseases. Results A total of 2167 samples were subjected to chronic disease, accounting for 42.47% of 6162 samples. Statistical analysis showed that marriage, working years, physical exercise frequency, title of technical post, occupational stress and individual coping resources were significant factors that influenced chronic disease. Conclusion Chronic non-infectious diseases prevalence was influenced by related demography and behavior characteristics. And it was also determined by individual occupational stress and personal resources. It is necessary to take measures to create a good working environment for health care workers, in order to promote better health of medical personnel.
