广西乙类大型医用设备配置公平性分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析广西乙类大型医用设备的配置公平性情况,为编制广西乙类大型医用设备配置规划提供依据;方法通过绘制洛伦兹曲线和计算基尼系数,分别从人口分布及地理分布角度来评价广西乙类大型医用设备配置的公平性情况;结果广西乙类大型医用设备按人口分布的基尼系数位于0.14～0.35之间,按地理分布基尼系数位于0.31～0.46之间;结论卫生计生部门应当做好区域卫生发展规划,重视乙类大型医用设备基于地理分布的公平性,适当增加经济落后地区、边远地区的乙类大型医用设备配置量。Objective The study analyzed the fairness of allocation of class B large medical equipments in Guangxi, aiming to provide a reference for developing an allocation plan for class B large medical equipments in Guangxi. Methods The fairness allocation of class B large medical equipments in Guangxi was evaluated according to population and geographical distributions by using the Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient. Results The Gini coefficient based on the population distribution in Guangxi was 0.14-0.35, and that based on the geographical distribution was 0.31-0.46. Conclusion The Department of Health and Family Health should enhance the planning of regional health development, emphasize the allocation fairness of class B large medical equipments allocation based on geographical distribution, and rationally increase the allocation of class B large medical equipments in underdeveloped and remote areas.
