摘　　要：天然气输送管道清管器接收作业历来被管道运营企业列为高风险作业项目,清管器接收装置和接收作业过程中存在着火灾爆炸危险。从清管器接收装置火灾爆炸危险性分析入手,从机械和环境的不安全状态、人的不安全行为及操作制度缺陷等多方面查找事故危害产生的原因,并从改善清管器接收装置工艺系统和完善清管器接收作业程序两个方面,提出了清管器接收装置火灾爆炸事故防控措施,大幅度削减天然气输送管道清管器接收装置及作业过程中的火灾爆炸风险。The receiving work of the go-devil in natural gas pipeline is listed as the high-risk operation by oil and gas production and pipeline operation companies.Fire explosion risks exist in the receiving process and the receiver.This paper analyzes the fire explosion risks of the go-devil receiver.It identifies the reasons for the accidents from various perspectives including the insecurity status of the machine and the environment,the insecurity behavior of personnel and operation system defects and so on.The paper then puts forward some control and preventive measures for fire explosion risks of the go-devil receiver from two aspects involving improving the process system and perfecting the operation procedure of go-devil receiver.This reduces the fire explosion risks in the receiver and receiving process of the go-devil receiver in natural gas pipelines.
