储油库油气回收效果的检测及分析

摘　　要：针对储油库油气回收系统及控制设备的特点,提出了油气回收系统回收效率和装置处理效率的检测方法,并对两个储油库油气回收装置的运行效果进行了性能检测。通过对油气进气浓度、排气浓度以及付油回气比三个指标的测试,评估了两套被测油气回收装置的处理效率和回收率。在此基础上,对影响装置处理效率和回收率的因素进行了分析,提出了改善装置应用效果的建议和措施。Based on the vapor recovery system and devices of storage depot,this paper presents the detection methods for recovery efficiency of vapor recovery system and the working efficiency of the devices.And it carries out performance tests on the operating effects of the vapor recovery devices at two storage depots.Through testing on three indicators covering the inlet and outlet gas density and the ratio between the vapor and the output of gasoline,the paper assesses the working efficiency and gas recovery rate of two tested devices.Based on the statistics,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the working efficiency and gas recovery rate of the devices.In the end,it proposes some suggestions and measures that can improve the application effect of the devices.
