摘　　要：简述了SAF2507超级双相不锈钢的材料性能,包括优良的耐孔蚀、缝隙腐蚀、晶间腐蚀能力。介绍了大直径SAF2507+Q345R复合板容器制造中冷热成型、焊接、热处理的生产经验,并通过控制覆层铁素体含量来保证设备的使用性能,为今后同类设备的制造积累了经验。The properties of the super duplex stainless steel SAF2507 were briefly introduced, including the great pitting, crevice and intergranular corrosion resistance. The experiences of cold and hot forming, welding and heat treatment during the manufacturing process of SAF2507-Q345 R composite large pressure vessels were also introduced. The service performance of vessels can be ensured by controlling the content of ferrite, which can provide some valuable experience in manufacturing the same type of equipment.
