摘　　要：本文分析了管子-管板内孔自动焊的管板管孔加工、焊接工艺试验、焊接工艺评定、以及焊接过程中的技术要求。通过前期的技术准备,如:焊接工艺试验、焊工培训、焊接工艺评定、背气保护工装的制作等;制定了管子-管板内孔自动焊的施工方案。低压反应水冷凝器的成功制作,拓展了本公司在管子-管板自动焊的焊接领域。This paper analyzed the automatic welding technical requirements for inner bore of tube and tube-sheet, including fininsh of tube-sheet siphonopore, technological test of welding process, and evaluation of welding process as well as technical requirements in the welding process. By early technical preparation such as welding technology test, welder training, welding process evaluation, manufacture of frock for rear protection gas, the construction scheme was instituted. With the manufacture of low pressure reaction hydro- condenser successfully, the welding territory of our company expanded.
