摘　　要：对口援藏是我国最早实施的区域对口援助,作为一种正式的制度安排到目前已有20年的历史。学术界对"援藏"研究日渐增多,对很多问题的认识差异非常大。本文仅对中国国内近年对口援藏的相关研究进展做综合分析,集中对援藏相关范畴、对口援藏理论依据、对口援藏制度性质以及相关具体问题进行分析,并提出进一步研究的方向。'Complementary counterpart assistance'to Tibet is one of the earliest ways China conducted regional 'complementary counterpart 'assistance. As a formal institutional arrangement,it already has had more than 20 years of history.The academic research on 'assistance to Tibet 'has been gradually increasing. However,there are big differences in understanding many of the issues. This article conducts a comprehensive analysis on the progress of related research on the 'complementary counterpart'assistance to Tibet in recent years,focusing on the spheres of assistance,the theoretical basis,institutional nature and other issues related to 'complementany counterpart'assistance of Tibet. It further proposes the direction of future research.Through a review of the domestic literature,we discover that selecting a proper perspective is very crucial while doing research on the issues related to the assistance of Tibet. Moreover,it will also influence the results of the research. We find that we should start to conduct research on the assistance to Tibet from three perspectives: 1) from the perspective of Tibet Autonomous Region in order to study the influence of'complementary counterpart'assistance on the social economic development of Tibet; 2) from the perspective of the state in order to study the influence of 'complementary counterpart' assistance on state integration and homogenization; and,3) from the perspective of the farmers and herdsmen in order to study the influence of 'complementary counterpart'assistance on the income and employment of the farmers and herdsmen.Concerning assistance to Tibet,the burning question now is how do the farmers and herdsmen receive sufficient benefits? This is a very urgent and important question. Another issue is that the research on the 'complementary counterpart 'assistance to Tibet from the perspective of the farmers and herdsmen should take its reference point from the theoretical analysis tools and the empirical study methodology of development economics and institutional economics,
