摘 要:人参红皮病是人参主要病害之一,对人参的品质影响很大,对人参产业的可持续发展影响深远。为了了解人参红皮病发病指数对单体皂苷Rb1、Rb2、Re、Rg1的影响,采用超高效液相色谱法,测定人参四种单体皂苷的含量。结果表明人参红皮病发病指数与单体皂苷Rb2和Re呈显著负相关关系,与单体皂苷Rb1和Rg1没有显著相关关系。人参红皮病的发生将导致人参单体皂苷Rb2和Re含量降低,而对单体皂苷Rb1和Rg1的含量影响不明显。人参红皮病发病指数越高人参单体皂苷Rb2、Re含量越低。Rusty root, greatly affecting ginseng yield and quality, is one of the major diseases of Panax ginseng. It also has a great influence on the sustainable development of ginseng industry. In order to the effect of rusty root disease index on ginseng monomer saponin Rbl,Rb2,Re and Rgl contents. It was conducted with ultra performance liquid chromatography to comparing the content of ginsenoside Rbl ,Rb2,Re and Rgl of Panax ginseng. The results showed that it was negative correlation between rusty root disease index and ginsenoside Rb2 and Re. And there were no correlation between rusty root disease index and ginsenoside Rbl and Rgl. The disease of rusty root significantly decreased the content of ginsenoside Rb2 and Re, while the content of ginsenoside Rbl and Rgl were unaffected.
