摘  要:尿酸是由C、H、O、N等元素构成的有机化合物。其水平与心血管系统疾病具有相关性,但血清尿酸在心血管疾病中起何种作用仍存在争议。相对于心血管疾病的传统危险因素而言,目前国内外学者倾向于将血清尿酸水平纳入心血管疾病的独立危险因素之中。此外,由于降尿酸药物能降低心血管事件的发生率,所以血清尿酸水平可以作为心血管疾病患者的独立危险因素,但其对心血管疾病的指导意义需进一步探索。Uric acid is an organic compound composed of C, H, O, N and other elements. Serum uric acid levels were correlated with cardiovascular disease. However, the role of serum uric acid in cardiovascular disease is still controversial. Compared with the traditional risk factors of cardiovascular disease, domestic and foreign scholars are now inclined to be the independent risk factors of cardiovascular disease in the serum uric acid levels. In addition, because lowering uric acid drugs can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events. Therefore, Serum uric acid levels can be used as an independent risk factor for patients with cardiovascular d;,sease ,but the guiding signifieance of cardiovascular disease need further exploration.
