摘 要:用硼砂(YWY)作为阳离子分散松香胶(YSR)的增效剂,研究了YWY相对于YWY和YSR混合物质量分数对施胶效果的影响,并通过表征混合乳液的接触角、粒径、Zeta电位和紫外特征吸收光谱,解析YWY对YSR的作用机理。结果表明:当w(YWY)=10%时,施胶度最大,比单一的YSR提高了31.8%,此时混合乳液的接触角最大,粒径最大,Zeta电位最低,紫外吸收峰强度大幅度降低。此时YSR胶粒表面的羧基已基本与YWY结合,故对YSR的施胶增效效果最好。With the borax (YWY) as the promoting agent of cationic rosin emulsion (YSR), the effects of the dosage of YWY to YWY/YSR mixture on the sizing performances was investigated, and the mechanism of action of YWY were explained by means of the contact angle, particle size, zeta potential and UV absorption spectra of the mixed emulsion. The results indicated that when the dosage of YWY to YWY/YSR mixture was 10%, the sizing degree reach the top, increased by 31.8% compared with a single YSR. Meanwhile, the contact angle and particle size of the emulsion were also the maximum, the zeta potential value was the minimum and the intensity of ultraviolet absorption peak decreased substantially, which means that the carboxyl groups on the YSR colloidal particle reacted with borax mostly, so the sizing performance was also best.
