摘  要:目的通过实施品管圈,改善病案信息服务品质,提升顾客满意度。方法根据时间顺序,将开展品管圈活动前的情况作为对照组,开展品管圈活动后的情况作为实验组。通过比较对照组和实验组得分情况,探索品管圈活动对医院病案信息服务质量的影响。结果实施品管圈后,病案信息服务差错显著减少,3个品管圈有形成果方面进步率最低67.77%,最高80.95%,干预结果有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施品管圈改善病案信息服务品质效果显著,有利于病案信息管理工作的持续改进。Objective To improve the information service quality of medical records as well as increase the satisfaction of the customers through the application of quality control circle. Methods To take the situations before and after the activity of quality control circle as control group and experimental group respectively according to the time order. By compare the score situation of the control group and experimental group,we could explore the effect of the activity of quality control circle to the information service quality of medical records in the hospital. Results After the application of quality control circle,the errors in the information service of medical records were decreased obviously. The minimum progress rate of the visible achievement of three quality control circles was 67.77%,while the maximum rate was 80.95%,the intervention results had statistical significance (P 〈0.01). Conclusions The application of quality control circle improved the information service quality of medical records obviously,which was beneficial to the sustainable development of information management work.
