综合医院日间化疗病房的运行

摘　　要：随着肿瘤发病率逐年上升,有大量的肿瘤患者需要进行化疗。一些年轻且状态良好的患者不愿住院化疗,希望减少住院时间完成化疗。某院总结开展日间化疗病房的运营。综合性医院日间化疗病房的运营模式需要医院内多部门之间共同协作才能顺利进行,需要按照日间化疗病房的特点组建医护人员,由于周转较快也有其特有的病案书写模式;其次,日间化疗病房患者有其适应症及禁忌症。日间化疗病房工作仍存在化疗药物和化疗方案种类繁多、患者流动性大、医患交流时间有限、化疗相关知识宣教及患者随访等潜在问题。日间化疗病房是一种以癌症患者的治疗为中心,介于门急诊和住院之间的新型医疗服务模式,缩短住院时间又降低住院费用,方便患者的治疗。With the increasing incidence of cancer,lots of the patients need chemotherapy. Some of the young patients are reluctant to receive chemotherapy in hospital and want to finish chemotherapy with less time for staying hospital. Our hospital summarized and carried out the operating of Day Care Chemotherapy Unit （DCCU）. In this paper,the operating experiences of our day chemotherapy ward were elaborated in three aspects.Firstly, multidisciplinary in the comprehensive hospital should work together for day chemotherapy ward while it was elaborate on the medical staff and the medical record writing mode. Secondly,indications and contraindications for patients in DCCU were dwell on. Finally,there were many potential problems in DCCU such as different kinds of chemotherapy drugs and chemotherapy,patients with large liquidity,the limited time for doctor-patient communication,knowledge education related to the chemotherapy and follow-up of patients. The DCCU was a new medical service pattern between emergency treatment and hospitalization and was convenient to the patients and has the advantage of shortening the hospital stay and reducing the medical costs.
