羊毛/锦纶纤维酸性染料染色的同色性研究

摘　　要：采用酸性染料对羊毛和锦纶纤维进行染色,分析了pH值、温度和匀染剂对染色性能及羊毛/锦纶同浴染色后纤维同色性能的影响。结果表明:在羊毛/锦纶同浴染色时,仅通过调整工艺条件无法达到染色纤维同色性的要求,需要加入自制匀染剂,并在染色温度为95℃,染色时间为60min,元明粉用量为15g/L,匀染剂用量为1g/L时,可使两种纤维之间的色差较小,基本达到同色效果。This thesis researches wool and polyamide fiber stained by acid dye, then pH, temperature and leveler agent have been analyzed to find the influence on dyeing properties, and color properties of wool and polyamide apposition dyeing. The experimental result shows that is incapable to meet the requirements of homo- chromatism just by adjusting technology conditions. Self-made leveler should be added when the wool and poly- amide is apposition dyeing. As the dyeing temperature is 95~C, dyeing time is 60min, the dose of sodium sulfate is 15 g/L, and leveler is 1 g/L, color difference between these two fibers could be decreased after dyeing, in the main, monochromy function is reached.
