摘　　要：本文在回顾国内外急性疼痛管理现状的基础上,对我院多学科疼痛管理模式在外科快速康复中的实践进行总结分析,阐述了以护士为主体的多学科合作疼痛管理模式在地方性三级甲等医院中应用的可行性和参考价值。Based on the review of current situation of acute pain management at home and aboard, this paper summarized and analyzed the practice of multidisciplinary pain management in surgical rapid recovery in our hospital. It explained the feasibility and value of nurses-centered multidisciplinary pain management applied in local tertiary hospitals.
