延续护理对子宫肌瘤患者情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的评价延续护理对子宫肌瘤患者情绪状态、生活质量的影响,为子宫肌瘤患者随访健康干预管理提供指导。方法纳入2013年7月至2015年5月子宫肌瘤患者274例,采用随机数字表法随机分成延续护理组137例、常规随访组137例,延续护理组采用专门制定的延续护理措施+常规随访措施,对照组采用常规随访措施,干预6个月后,采用Zung焦虑、抑郁自评量表评价患者情绪状态变化,利用SCL-90量表评价患者的生活质量,比较两组情绪状态及生活质量的差异性。结果本研究干预6个月后:延续护理组较常规随访组大幅降低子宫肌瘤患者焦虑、抑郁评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);延续护理组较常规随访组大幅降低生活质量评价中躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖和精神病性维度得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理对子宫肌瘤患者离院后情绪状态、健康状态均有积极影响。Objective To evaluate the impact of continuing nursing on the mood and life quality of patients with uterine fibroids so as to provide health intervention management guidance for their follow-up visits. Methods 274 patients with uterine fibroids from July 2013 to May 2015 were included in the study. They using random were divided into the continuing nursing group（n=137） and routine follow-up visit group（n=137） with random number table. The continuing nursing group took specifically developed continuing nursing measures and routine follow-up visit measures while the control group only took routine follow-up visit measures. After six months＇ intervention, evaluated patients＇ mood change with Zung selfrating anxiety and depression scale. Compared the emotional state and differences of life quality between two groups after evaluating patients＇ life quality with SCL-90 scale. Results After six months＇ intervention, the anxiety and depression score of continuing nursing group was significantly reduced compared with that of routine follow-up visit group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The score in terms of somatization, obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror and psychosis for continuing nursing group was significantly reduced compared with that of routine follow-up visit group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuing nursing had a positive impact for patients with uterine fibroids on their emotional state and health condition after discharging from hospital.
