摘 要:进行厚料层烧结不仅使烧结矿的质量得到提高,而且固体燃料消耗大大减少,这将有利于减少碳排放。目前采用超厚料层烧结的企业都是粉矿烧结,精粉率不足10%,且会带来透气性变差、产量降低的情况。针对太钢烧结原料特点,为探求精矿烧结超厚料层烧结技术,进行实验室试验研究。结果表明,精矿原料条件下,在强化制粒效果、优化燃料粒度、配用复合黏结剂、采用预制粒等有效措施后,将料层厚度提高为800-900mm,烧结矿的矿物结构改善,产量、质量指标得到保证,固体燃料消耗大大降低,达到预期效果。Increasing the sintering bed height not only improve the sinter quality, but also decrease the specific tuel consumption remarkably and had benefit to the reduction of the carbon emission to the circumstance. The companies adopted super high bed sintering technology are mostly sintering with fine ore. And the concentrate rate is no more than 10%, which may make the air permeability worse and lower the produce quality. Based on the raw material con- ditions in TISCO, the laboratory experiment was carried out to explore the technology of super-thick concentrate sin- ter bed. With a serial of measurements such as strengthening the pelletize effect,optimizing the fuel grain size,using the combined binder and pre-pelleting of iron ore concentrate,under the same concentrate pre-granulatlon condition, the sinter bed was improved to the range of 800 and 900 mm. And the mineral structure of sinter was improved,the indexes of product and quality were guaranteed. Meanwhile,the specific fuel consumption was reduced enormously and the anticipated results were achieved.
