摘 要:通过采用荧光光谱分析仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射对钢包顶渣结壳物进行化学成分及物相分析,确定该类结壳物主要是由于钢液以及精炼渣和耐火材料反应生成高熔点相造成。并对钢种、精炼工艺、包况、铸机浇注时间、渣改质等影响钢包顶渣结壳的因素进行分析,提出改进措施。生产实践表明,采用优化的工艺后,钢包顶渣结壳得到了有效控制。By means of fluorescence spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), the chemical composition and physical phase of the ladle top slag crust were analyzed. It concluded that the crust was caused by the high melting point phases produced in the liquid steel and refining slag and refractory material reaction. And based on the analysis of the factors that influenced the ladle top slag crust, including steel grade, refining technology, package conditions, casting time and slag modification, the improvement measures were proposed. The production practice showed that by using the optimized process, the ladle top slag crust can be effectively controlled.
