摘  要:利用气固两相流流体力学及经验公式,获得气力输送气-固喷射器结构设计公式。研究结构以及各参数对气固喷射器性能的影响规律。结果表明,在喷射系数小于极限喷射系数(极限喷射系数为7.4)时,降低压缩压力会引起喷射系数的增加,但增加幅度较为平缓。在同一喷射系数时,最佳截面积比(f3/fp*)y=14对应的喷射压缩压力值最大。在喷射系数u=7时,(f_3/f_(p*))y=14的最大压力降最小,Δp/p_E=0.037;在u=0时,(f_3/f_(p*))y=14的最大压力降最大,Δp/pE=0.065。当喉嘴距S<21mm时,随着S增加,固气比m呈上升趋势。反之,则出现噎塞现象。混合管段尺寸L_m/d_m值在9时,能取得较高的固气比m。Gas-solid two-phase fluid mechanics and empirical formulas were applied to obtain the structural design formulas of gas-solid ejectors with pneumatic conveying. The influences of the structures and parameters on the gas- solid ejectors were studied. Results showed that when the ejecting coefficient value was less than the limitation ejection coefficient (set as 7.4), reducing compression pressure can contribute to a slow increase of the ejecting coefficient. At the same ejecting coefficient, the ejection compression pressure reached a maximum when (f3/fp*)s was equal to 14. And with the best characteristic curve section ratio (f3/fp*)y of 14, the maximum pressure drop value Δp/pE was minimum of 0. 037 at u=7 and a maximum of 0. 065 at u=0. If the injector nozzle distance was less than 21 mm, solid-gas ratio m increased with the S increasing. Otherwise, a chocking phenomenon appeared. When the Lm/dm ratio was 9, m can obtain a higher value.
