摘  要:目的研究并探讨右美托咪定麻醉前滴鼻在小儿麻醉中的临床应用。方法 82例患者随机分组,研究组采用右美托咪定麻醉前滴鼻,对照组采用咪达唑仑麻醉前滴鼻;比较两组各项指标在麻醉过程中变化情况、以及术后认知功能评价。结果两组在滴鼻后10 min、手术前10 min、术中10 min的脉压差(PP)以及血氧饱和度(Sp O2)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但心率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组恶心、呛咳反应、嗜睡等不良反应的发生率均降低,总不良反应率为11.1%,低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定能够有效提高小儿的临床麻醉效果,减少小儿哭闹及呃逆等不良情况,值得临床推广应用。【Objective】To explore the clinical vale of preanesthetic medication with dexmedetomidine nasal drops in pediatric anesthesia.【Methods】Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups, the research group recieved preanesthetic medication with dexmedetomidine nasal drops, and the control group recieved preanesthetic medication with midazolam nasal drops. The changes in each index during the course of anesthesia and the postoperative cognitive function were compared between the two groups.【Results】The pulse pressure and pulse oxygen saturation at various periods(10 minutes after nasal drip, 10 minutes before surgery, 10 minutes during operation) were not significantly different between the two groups, but the difference in the heart rate during various periods between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). In the research group, the incidences of adverse reactions such as nausea, cough and sleepiness were lower, and the total rate of adverse reactions was 11.1%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group with statistical difference(P 〈0.05).【Conclusion】Dexmedetomidine can effectively improve the clinical effect of anesthesia on children, reduce the occurrence of adverse situations such as cry and hiccups in children, and provide a safer and more effective process of anesthesia for children, so it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
