半合成四环素在幽门螺杆菌根除中的应用

摘　　要：半合成四环素包括多西环素及米诺环素在幽门螺杆菌根除中的疗效尚不明确。药敏研究显示,幽门螺杆菌对半合成四环素的敏感性较高。临床应用中,在幽门螺杆菌感染初治患者中,含半合成四环素的三联方案根除效果并不理想;而在复治患者中,含半合成四环素的铋剂四联方案根除率令人满意。半合成四环素在根除幽门螺杆菌治疗中不良反应轻微,安全性高。目前的研究提示在幽门螺杆菌感染的根除治疗中,含半合成四环素的铋剂四联方案可能是一个有效的选择。The efficiency of semi-synthetic tetracycline in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori （H. pylori） was unsure. It was found that H. pylori was sensitive to semi-synthetic tetracycline in vitro. In the clinical application, the eradication rates of the first-line triple therapy containing semi-synthetic tetracycline were low. But the second-line quadruple therapy containing semi-synthetic tetracycline, eradication rates were ideal. Semi-synthetic tetracycline could be safely used in the eradication ofH. pylori. It suggested that quadruple therapy containing semi-synthetic tetracycline may be a good choice for the eradication ofH. pylori.
