摘 要:目的探讨C型臂机术中应用的辐射防护措施,为临床提供参考。方法分析C型臂机术中应用产生辐射危害的原因并制定改进措施。结果骨科手术中应用C型臂机较多,防护意识不强、设施陈旧及管理制度缺乏等是x线电离辐射损害易发生的主要原因,临床可采取提高防护意识、正确使用合格的C型臂机、健全防护配套设施、健全手术室管理制度等措施减少电离辐射损害。结论术中应用C型臂机易对患者和医护人员产生辐射危害,临床应加强C型臂机术中应用的辐射防护,以尽量减少医疗照射产生的危害。Objective To investigate the radiation protection measures in the operation applying C arm machine and to provide some references for clinical application. Methods The reasons of the radiation damage in the operation applying C arm machine and the improvement measures were analyzed and investigated. Results C arm machine was used a lot in orthopaedic opertation; weak protective awareness, old facilities, and lack of management system at the department of orthopedics were the main reasons for the occurrence of X-ray radiation damage. The protection awareness should be enhanced, qualified C arm machine correctly used, and the protection facilities and the management system of operation room improved. Conclusions Applying C arm machine in operation can radioactively harm the patients and medical staff; radiation protection in operation applying C arm machine should be enhanced in order to minimize the harm caused by medical irradiation.
