前列平胶囊联合西药对慢性前列腺炎炎症机制研究及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析前列平胶囊联合西药对慢性前列腺炎炎症机制研究及对疗效分析。方法100例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为研究组（n=50）和对照组（n=50）。研究组给予前列平胶囊联合西药治疗，对照组仅给予西药。两组均以4周为治疗疗程，对比分析两组治疗总有效率，治疗前后NIH—CPSI各项评分、MQP评分、PPI评分和血清炎症因子水平变化及不良反应。结果治疗总有效率方面，研究组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后NIH—CPSI各项评分较治疗前相比均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组治疗后NIH—CPSI各项评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后MQP评分较治疗前相比均明显降低（P〈0．05）；研究组治疗后MQP评分低于对照组（P〈0．05）；组治疗后NPPI评分较治疗前相比均明显降低（P〈0．05）；研究组治疗后PPI评分低于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后IL-8和TNF-α较治疗前相比均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组治疗后IL-8和TNF-α低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；均未见发生明显不良反应。结论前列平胶囊联合西药治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效明显，且可降低血清炎症因子水平，减轻患者疼痛。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Qinlieping capsules combined with western medicine for chronic prostatitis and the mechanism of chronic prostatifis. Methods 100 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into a study group （n=50） and a control group （n=50）. The study group were treated with Qianlieping capsule and western medicine and the control group western medicine for 4 weeks. The total effective rates, the changes of NIH-CPSI scores, MQP scores, PPI scores, and serum levels of inflammatory factors before and after the treatment, and adverse reactions were compared between these two groups. Results The total effective rate was higher in the study group than in the control group, with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The scores of NIH-CPSI, MQP, and PPI and the levels of IL-8 and TNF-tx were significantly lower after than before the treatment in both groups and were in the study group than in the control group after the treatment （P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusions Qinlieping capsule combined with western medicine for chronic prostatitis is effective and can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and relieve the patients＇ pain.
