摘  要:以木结构修缮中最常见的构件顺纹受压为研究工况,开展了工程中常用5种木材的顺纹受压力学性能试验研究。采用自制力传感器与电脑连接,实现数据自动记录,通过试件破坏特征以及实验数据的分析得出:木材顺纹受压破坏形式主要有压缩破坏和剪切破坏两种;受压力-位移曲线表现出明显的脆性,曲线有明显的转折点;密度最小的樟子松试件均为压缩破坏;落叶松试件以压缩破坏为主,少量试件出现剪切破坏;而密度较大,质地较硬的菠萝格和塔利以剪切破坏为主,甚至出现双剪破坏。5种木材顺纹抗压强度与密度表现出很好的线性关系。本研究对5种木材在木结构修缮中的应用提供了非常有价值的参考。Aiming at the parallel-to-grain compression members that occur most commonly in wood buildings' renovation,this poper carried out tests of the parallel-to-grain compressive performance of 5common timbers used in engineerings.A self-made force sensor was used in this test by connecting with computer for automatic recording of data.Through the analysis of the specimens' failure characteristics and experimental data it can be concluded that compression failure and shear failure of wood are two kinds of main failure modes;the compressive pressure-displacement curve shows obvious brittleness and clear turning point and the failure mode of Pinus sylvestris specimens with minimum density is compression failure,as for Larch,failure mode is mainly the same but shear failure occurrs in a small amount of specimens,while the failure mode of Taliban merbau,with its high density and hard texture,is mostly shear failure,even with twin shear.The parallel-to-grain compressive strength and density of 5kinds of timbers show a good linear relationship.This study provides very useful reference for the application of the five kinds of woods in wood buildings' renovation.
