摘  要:调质是饲料制粒或膨化重要的前处理部分。为了在调质器的设计过程中能够更好地预知主要结构参数对调质效果的影响,采用CFD-DEM偶合法模拟调质器的实际工作过程。文中采用中机华丰科技有限公司生产的C400调质器为原型,构建仿真模型模拟其传质过程,发现调质过程中物料对蒸汽的阻碍,物料成团性可以被模拟,仿真所得的调制时间为实际时间的75%。结果表明,该法能够模拟调质腔内流场分布、调质时间、叶片安装方式对物料的输送作用等。Conditioning is a very important process before feed pelleting and extrusion. In order to ac-curately predicting the effect of structure parameter to working efficiency, CFD-DEM coupling methodwas adopted to simulate the working process of conditioner. This article used C400 conditioner as pro-totype to model its mass- transfer process which produced by MAE Wellful Industries Co., Ltd. Itcould be found that the obstruction effect of feed material to the steam, cluster effect of feed materialcould be well simulated, and the simulated conditioning time was 75% of the actual conditioning time.The result showed that this method could simulate the flow distribution, conditioning time, and the ef-fect of vane installing mode to material conveying, and so on.
