黑龙江省队冰壶运动员认知特质焦虑的研究

摘　　要：采用心理测量法,运用运动认知特质焦虑量表对黑龙江省队16名冰壶运动员进行测试,探讨运动员性别、垒次、运动等级等变量与认知特质焦虑各维度之间的差异关系。结果显示,黑龙江省冰壶省队队员整体焦虑情况接近中等偏上;男队员对方实力焦虑得分高于女队员,存在显著性差异;一垒社会评价焦虑得分最高,二垒、三垒竞技水平发挥焦虑得分最高,四垒比赛准备焦虑得分最高;竞技水平发挥焦虑、对方实力焦虑及受伤焦虑是影响冰壶运动员的主要心理因素;文化水平、运动等级、参赛经验和训练年限对运动员的认知特质焦虑均存在一定联系。With the method of psychological measurement and the table of competitive cognitive trait anxiety, the paper has a test on 16 players from Heilongjiang curling team and analyzes the various dimension differences between the competitive cognitive trait anxiety and the variables such as their gender, order and athletic rank. The results show that the players＇ overall anxiety closed to the above average; the male players is higher than the female ones in opposite strength anxiety scores which differences is significant; the social evaluation anxiety scores of 1st player is highest, the competitive level play anxiety scores of 2nd and 3rd player is highest, the competitive preparation anxiety scores of 4th player is highest; the main psychological factors influencing the curling players relate to competitive level play anxiety, opposite strength anxiety and injury anxiety; there is a certain link between competitive cognitive trait anxiety and their cultural level, athletic rank, competition experience and training years.
