以冰壶项目为着力点推进“三亿人参与冰雪运动”

摘　　要：冰壶是冬季奥运会重要的比赛项目,也是国家体育总局中重点培养的冬季项目之一,更是带动大众参与冰雪运动的突破点,充分利用冰壶项目易开展的优势是关键所在。运用文献综述和对比分析的方法,对冰壶项目在普通大众开展的优势和移动冰壶馆的建设进行分析与讨论,认为冰壶项目无论是在安全性、场地利用率、环保性,还是在易学性、趣味性、开展人群的广泛性上都高于其他冰雪项目,并且详细阐明了黑龙江省体育局建设的可拆装移动冰壶场馆项目及其创新性。旨在表明冰壶项目是可以承担起推广冰雪运动的重任,是实现"三亿人参与冰雪运动"的核心途径之一,并为2022年北京冬季奥运会的开展打下良好的群众基础。As an important competition of Winter Olympics, the curling is not only a winter sport emphasized by general administration of sport of China, but also a breakthrough to drive mass participate in the winter sports, which key is to take full advantage of the curling＇s easy playing. With the methods of literature review and comparative analysis, the paper discusses the advantage of developing the curling in the general public and analyzes the construction of mobile curling hall. It thinks that the curling is better than other winter sports whether in security, facilities utilization, environmental protection or in learnability, interest and mass universality.It clarifies in detail the mobile curling hall and its innovativeness, which being developed by Heilongjiang provincial sports bureau.The purpose is to show that the curling can undertake the responsibility to developing the winter sports as a key for realizing ＂300 million people participate in winter sports＂, which will lay a good mass foundation for hosting the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
