摘　　要：运用文献资料法,以及地理学的地理、气候等相关知识,对第十三届全国冬季运动会对新疆地区的影响进行深入研究,旨在促进新疆地区的快速发展。现阶段是新疆地区承办规模大、影响力大、水平高体育赛事最佳时间;第十三届全国冬季运动会对新疆地区具有积极的政治影响;促进提高城市居民素质、城市品牌的影响力和新疆地区旅游业的发展;促进新疆地区基础设施建设;促进新疆地区竞技体育和全民健身运动的发展。With the method of literature and the knowledge of geography and climate, the paper has an intensive study on the effect of the 13 th national winter games on Xinjiang area. The purpose is to advance the regional development. It thinks that that time is optimal for Xinjiang region to host some large-scale, high-impact and high-level sports events; the games has a positive political influence on Xinjiang region; the games will advance the quality of urban residents, the influence of city brand and the development of Xinjiang tourism; the games will advance the Infrastructure construction in Xinjiang region; the games will advance the development of competitive sports and national fitness campaign in Xinjiang region.
