摘　　要：脓毒症以全身炎症反应综合征为主要表现,它的病理生理过程涉及凝血功能紊乱引起微血管血栓形成、炎症瀑布反应、神经内分泌系统被激活导致的血管低反应性以及内皮功能的障碍等。Microparticles are follicular bubbles with the diameter in 0.2~2μm released by the cells during the process of activation and apoptosis.They have procoagulant and proinflammatory biological functions and can regulate vascular tone.They are associated with the balance of cell proliferation,activation and destroy,and play an important role in the regulation of endothelial function and angiogenesis.This paper mainly introduces the mechanism of microparticles in inflammatory cascade,coagulation,endothelial function of spesis.
