摘  要:为评估母体遗传对蛋壳厚度表型变异的影响,剖析蛋壳厚度遗传参数动态变化规律,采集白莱航鸡×绿壳蛋鸡资源群体亲代及F1、F2代蛋壳厚度数据20 834条,利用WOMBAT软件分别以单性状和多性状动物模型分析表型方差组分。结果表明:批次和亲代品种效应对统计蛋壳厚度有着重要影响,将其列入固定效应;资源群体蛋壳厚度受母体遗传影响,加性与母体遗传存在较强负遗传相关;不同周龄蛋壳厚度表型相关系数为0.27~0.53,遗传相关系数为0.76~0.99,相邻周龄遗传相关系数较高。结果提示资源群体蛋壳厚度遗传力属于中等偏下,通过中长期选择才能有效获取遗传进展。This study was to assess the maternal impact on the eggshell thickness variances, and depict the dynamic changes of the genetic parameters. The data set composed of 20 834 items collected from parent, F1 and F2 flocks. (Co) variance components were estimated with uni-and multi-trait model using WOMBAT software. Results that factors of bat- ches and breeds should be included in fixed effects because of their important role in eggshell thickness variations; mater- nal genetic effects impacted on the eggshell thickness variations, and the stronger negative genetic correlations were iden- tified with animal model; for resource population, the phenotypic correlations between test weeks varied from 0.27 to 0.53, the genetic correlations ranged from 0.76 to 0.99, the correlations of neighbor test weeks was high. Since herita- bility for the eggshell thickness was low to moderate, middle-or long-term selection were recommended to obtain genetic gains.
