摘  要:在籼稻蜀恢498群体中发现1个黄叶自然突变体(yl1)。农艺性状调查发现,与野生型相比,突变体的株高、千粒重、结实率和有效穗数均明显降低。叶绿素含量测定表明,突变体yl1在苗期叶绿素含量极显著降低。超显微结构观察发现,突变体叶绿体形态改变与野生型相比明显变小,类囊体变小且不规则。进一步通过遗传分析表明该黄叶突变体受1个隐性单基因控制,利用SSR和STS标记定位目的基因YL1,初步定位将YL1在水稻第1号染色体长臂上Y99和Y33之间,物理距离大约157kb区段内。在该区段内未见相关基因报道,推测YL1是控制叶色的新基因。In the present study, we found a spontaneous mutant characterized by yellow leaves (named as yll) from an indica eultivar Shuhui498. Morphological analysis showed that, the yll mutant exhibited shorter plant height and decreased 1000-grain weight, seed setting rate and the effective panicles compared to its wild type. Moreover, the chloro- phyll content in the yll mutant leaves was found to be dramatically decreased at the seedling stage. And the SEM result also showed that the chloroplast in the yll mutant morphologically changed, and the thylakoid was smaller and irregular. Genetic analysis showed that the yll mutant was controlled by a single recessive gene. By using SSR and STS markers, the YL1 gene was located betweenY99 and Y33 with a physical distance of 157 kb on the long arm of ehromosome 1. The YL 1 gene is considered as a novel gene controlling the leaf color in rice.
