摘 要:以普通油茶为试材,测定其成花转变过程中春梢不同部位生理生化指标。结果表明:春梢生长到最大长度时间约为40d,顶梢生长最为迅速;普通油茶花芽分化过程中,老叶中可溶性蛋白含量逐渐下降,茎中可溶性蛋白含量逐渐上升,新叶中可溶性蛋白含量变化相对平稳;老叶中可溶性糖含量逐渐下降,新梢各部位器官(上叶、下叶和茎)中可溶性糖含量变化相对平稳;茎中的蔗糖含量上升幅度明显,叶片中蔗糖含量呈"下降-上升-下降"变化趋势,在不同叶片中则变化相反;春梢各器官中果糖含量变化趋势接近,新叶中含量比茎中高,茎中比老叶高;新叶中植物激素含量比老叶和茎中的激素含量高,其中浓度最高的为脱落酸。Camellia oleifera Abel is one of the main varieties of oil-tea Camellia cultivation and is very important for Camellia efficient breeding and cultivation. To study the mechanism of flowering, physiological and biochemical change of spring shoots in the flower transition time was analyzed. Results showed that: The duration of spring shoot growth to the maximum length time was about 40 d, and the grew most rapidly; the content of soluble proteins gradually decreased in old leaves, increased in stems, and maintained a constant level in young leaves. The content of soluble sugar were reduced in old leaves aad kept constant levels in different parts of young shoots. The sucrose content was sharply elevated in the stems and kept steady in leaves. The variation of fructose content displayed similar tendencies in different organs of spring shoots. Comparing with the stem and old leaves, the content of fructose in young leaves was the most abundant while was the least abundant in old leaves. The plant hormone content was higher in young leaves than that in old leaves and stems, and the most abundant hormone was abscisic acid.
