摘　　要：目的通过气相色谱建立测定花露水和驱蚊花露水中甲醇含量的分析方法。方法采用气相色谱顶空外标法测定了花露水中甲醇含量。结果甲醇含量在(0~5 000)μg/ml范围内呈线性,其线性回归方程y=1 104 x+309 357,R^2=0.999 7。同时做了回收率(92.08%~94.41%)和精密度(1.43%~1.97%)试验,取得了满意的结果。结论分离效果好、准确度高、重现性好且操作简单快速。Objective To establish the content determination of methanol in florida water by gas chromatography.Methods The content of methanol in florida water was determined with headspace external calibration of gas chromatography. Results The results showed that the calibration cure for methanol was the linear in the range of 0～ 5 000 μg / ml,y = 1 104 x ＋ 309 357,R2= 0. 999 7. Satisfactory results which has obtained for recovery rate（ between 92. 08% and 94. 41%） and precision（ between 1. 43% and 1. 97%） was obtained. Conclusion This method has advantages in efficiency of separation,accuracy and reproducibility.
