摘 要:目的了解某部鼠、蟑螂、蝇侵害率,观察其化学防治效果。方法鼠类采用鼠迹法;蟑螂采用药激法;蝇采用观察法。调查餐饮区、生活区、疗养区、附属医院、体检中心病媒生物侵害率和密度水平。根据调查结果,实施化学杀灭。结果鼠侵害率为5.40%、蟑螂侵害率为14.60%、蝇侵害率为12.00%,其中餐饮业鼠类侵害率为9.00%、蟑螂侵害率为48.00%、蝇侵害率为26.00%,均超过国家标准的3倍以上。实施化学杀灭1周后,各类环境中鼠侵害率为1.60%、蟑螂侵害率为1.00%、蝇侵害率为3.00%。结论该疗养院病媒生物危害较为严重,突击性化学杀灭措施能有效控制其侵害率。Objective To know the infestation rate of rats,cockroaches and flies,and observe their chemical control effect. Methods Rat density was investigated with rat trace,cockroach density with pesticide stimulation,fly density was with observation. The investigation was carried in departments as dinning rooms,sanitarium rooms,living rooms,auxiliary hospital,physical examination center. Results The average infestation rates of mice,cockroaches,flies were 5. 40%,14. 60%,12. 00% respectively. Dinning rooms were most seriously infested by these medical vectors. Several days after the application of chemicals,the infestation rate of mice,cockroach and fly were 1. 60%,1. 00%,3. 00% respectively. Conclusion Emergent chemical control plays important role when the medical vectors infests seriously.
