摘  要:目的了解潍坊市高新区淡色库蚊对3种常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法浸渍法测定淡色库蚊Ⅲ龄末Ⅳ龄初幼虫对双硫磷、溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))。结果高新区淡色库蚊对双硫磷和溴氰菊酯产生抗药性,LC_(50)分别为0.004 048、0.001 866,对双硫磷抗性倍数为8.31倍,对溴氰菊酯抗性倍数为3.83倍,而对高效氯氰菊酯较为敏感,LC_(50)为0.001 798,抗性倍数为0.47倍。结论避免单一杀虫剂的长期使用,可与其他种类的杀虫剂交替轮用或复配使用,预防和减缓抗药性的产生。Objective To grasp the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens to insecticides in Weifang high-tech zone. Methods Using dipping method to test the median lethal concentration( LC_(50)) of larvae against three commonly used insecticides,temephos,deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin. Results The LC_(50) s to temephos,deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin were 0. 004 048,0. 001 866 and 0. 001 798 mg / L,with resistance ratios( RRs)of 8. 31,3. 83 and 0. 47 to the reference strain of Cx. pipiens pallens respectively. Conclusion Cx. pipiens pallens has developed resistance at various levels to temephos,deltamethrin,which might be caused by the long-term use of insecticides with high dose frequently. Rational and proper measures should be taken to prevent and reduce the development of resistance.
