摘　　要：目的研究创建国家卫生县城对蚊媒防制的影响。方法通过德尔菲法筛选出影响灭蚊工作的主要因素,对全国病媒生物防制基本信息调查的国家卫生县城和非国家卫生县城、灭蚊达标县和灭蚊未达标县分别进行统计学分析,综合对照分析创建国家卫生县城是否对蚊媒防制工作有促进作用。结果灭蚊达标是蚊媒防制工作的最重要效果评价指标,灭蚊达标县和灭蚊未达标县的多因素分析结果显示,是否是国家卫生县城与灭蚊达标有明显关联。国家卫生县城灭蚊达标比例是非国家卫生县城灭蚊达标比例的2倍,国家卫生县城在政府重视、政策保障、经费投入、防制机构建设、专业队伍建设、社会化服务机构建设管理、密度监测和抗药性监测工作等情况均优于非国家卫生县城。结论创建国家卫生县城对蚊媒防制工作有显著促进作用。Objective To evaluate the influence of creating national healthy county on mosquito controlling work.Methods This study was designed by the Delphi method to distil the main factors affecting the mosquito control work. By contrast of the National Health Counties（ NHCs） and Non-National Health Counties（ NNHCs）,Mosquito Control Model Counties（ MCMCs） and Non-Mosquito Control Model Counties（ NMCMCs）,the univariate analysis was conducted to probe the various factors to NHCs and NNHCs. An integrated analysis was also used to explore the effects of building NHCs on mosquito control. Results Mosquito control was the most important effectiveness evaluation index on the work of prevention and control of mosquito-borne disease. The multiple analysis result of MCMCs and NMCMCs showed that there was an obvious relevance between NHCs and mosquito control. The proportion of MCMCs in of NHCs was two times higher than that of NNHCs. In terms of other supportive environment,such as attaching importance by government,policy support,funding,institution-building,professional team construction,social service agency construction and management,density monitoring and surveillance for insecticide resistance,etc. were much more favorable in compare with NMCMCs. Conclusion Creating NHCs is great impetus for prevention and control of mosquito-borne disease.
