摘 要:目的了解泰安市蚊密度季节消长及其种群构成,掌握优势种群对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为制定有效的防控方案提供科学依据。方法随机选择城区居民区、公园、医院、农村民房、牲畜棚各1处作为固定监测点,采用诱蚊灯法进行蚊密度监测,抗药性试验采用浸渍法。结果全年共捕获蚊类2种4 866只,平均蚊密度为2.5只/(灯·h),其中,淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占99.9%。蚊密度季节消长呈明显的单峰曲线,6月形成密度高峰。不同生境蚊密度不同,牲畜棚蚊密度最高,达7.8只/(灯·h);其次为农户2.9只/(灯·h);公园蚊密度1.4只/(灯·h)。不同生境蚊密度季节消长曲线略有不同,牲畜棚蚊密度季节消长呈明显的单峰趋势,密度高峰集中在6月。公园蚊密度季节消长呈双峰趋势,密度高峰集中在6月和8月。淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂敏感的是高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯,产生抗药性的是溴氰菊酯,其抗性倍数分别是敏感品系的1.42、2.38和5.00倍。结论泰安市蚊密度水平较高,淡色库蚊是重点防控蚊种。建议采取环境治理为基础,在蚊密度高峰期采取综合防治的防蚊措施。Objective To understand the population structure and seasonal fluctuation and insecticide resistance of mosquitoes in Tai'an City,and provide scientific basis for mosquito control. Methods City neighborhoods,parks,hospitals,rural houses,and barns were randomly selected as fixed monitoring points. Mosquito trapping lamp method was employed for mosquito investigation,and larvae impregnation method for resistance test. Results A total of 4 866 mosquitoes were captured,and the average mosquito density was 2. 5 pieces /( lamp·hours). Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species,accounting for 99. 9%. The seasonal variation of mosquito densities were obvious,and the density peak appeared in June. Mosquito densities varied with habitats,the highest appeared in barns reaching 7. 8pieces /( lamp·hours),2. 9 pieces /( lamp · hours) in farmers and 1. 4 pieces /( lamp · hours) in parks. Different habitats held different seasonal fluctuation curves of mosquito density,single peak trend obviously in the barn in June,while double peak obviously in the park in August and June. The resistance ratios of field-collected strain of Culex pipiens pallens to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and permethrin insecticide were 1. 42,2. 38 and 5. 00 respectively.Conclusion The mosquito density was high in Tai'an City. Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species.Environment management is fundamentally important work in mosquito control,and integrated pest management should be implemented.
