摘 要:作为动力源机械,离心泵广泛应用于流体管路系统中。为了满足不同工况下系统对离心泵流量的需求,可以采用节流阀或变频器对离心泵流量进行调节。试验测试了节流调速和变频调速时离心泵出口振动,分析了离心泵出口振动特性,发现离心泵出口振动具有比较明显的低频线谱,且线谱频率与电机和泵的转速相对应。对2种流量调节方法下离心泵出口振动振级进行比较,发现变频调速时离心泵出口振动更小,因此通过变频调速,可以降低离心泵出口振动。Centrifugal pump is widely used in fluid pipeline system as a power source machinery, in order to meet the flow needs of system for centrifugal pump in different conditions, throttle valve or electric converter can be used to adjust the flow of centrifugal pump. The characteristics of the vibration of the centrifugal pump were analyzed, which indicates that obvious low frequency spectrum of the vibration of the centrifugal pump can be detected, and the frequency of the spectrum was closely related with the speed of the pump and motor. The vibration level about outlet of the centrifugal pump in two kinds of flow control methods was compared, The results shows that the vibration on the centrifugal pump under electric converter control is smaller. Therefore, the frequency control can reduce the vibration of centrifugal pump.
