房室结折返性心动过速伴前向、逆向阻滞并韦金斯基现象

摘　　要：1病例资料患者,女,56岁。因反复心悸10余年就诊。既往无高血压、冠心病、糖尿病史。常规心电图、心脏彩超均提示正常。给予经食管心房调搏（TEAP）检查。应用心脏电生理刺激仪（东方DF-5A型）进行检测。插入食管电极,深38cm,给予S1S2及S1S2S3,步长-10 ms,期前收缩程控刺激扫描,于500/350/220 ms处诱发阵发性室上性心动过速，A female patient of 56-year old age occured repeat heart palpitation for more than 10 years.After giving atrial pacing through esophagus,the transesophageal heart electrical diagram indicats slow-fast atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia with forward and reverse conduction block,2∶1atrioventricular conduction,premature ventricular contraction and complete right bundle branch block showing Wedensky phenomenon.
