摘  要:润滑剂在钛合金的热成形中起着至关重要的作用。针对现有润滑材料存在的涂层不均、防护温度区间狭窄以及使用不便等缺陷,研究了玻璃纤维布作为新型钛合金热成形的润滑保温材料的热防护特性。根据钛合金热成形的工艺特点,探讨了玻璃润滑剂的防护性能要求以及相关测试方法;对玻璃纤维布的软化起始温度、氧化防护特性、保温特性、比热以及高温粘度等关键指标进行了测试,并与常规玻璃悬浮液的防护性能进行了对比;分析了玻璃纤维布作为钛合金热锻用润滑保温防护剂的可行性。结果表明,除了起始融化温度偏高外,该玻璃纤维材料在氧化防护、保温传热特性以及高温粘度等方面均能够满足钛合金热成形的要求。Lubricant plays a decisive role in the hot forming process of titanium alloys. For its defects of uneven insulation coating,narrow temperature range of protection and difficult to use,thermal protection characteristics of glass fiber as a new lubricating and thermal insulation material in the hot forming of titanium alloys were investigated. Based on the process properties of hot forming for titanium alloys,the required protection performance of the lubricant and related test methods were discussed. Furthermore,the key indexes of the glass fiber characteristics including the initial softening temperature,oxidation protection,insulation,specific heat and high temperature viscosity were tested,and its protective effect was compared with the conventional glass suspension lubricant. Finally,the feasibility of the glass fiber as a protective insulation lubricant for titanium alloy in hot forging was discussed. The results illustrate that except the initial softening temperature needs to be lowered,the glass fiber can meet requirements of lubricant properties for titanium alloys in hot forming in terms of oxidation protection,heat preservation and transfer,and high temperature viscosity.
